Recovering a Business After a Twitter Suspension
Updated: Sep 9

The Challenge
This client's business had been built largely around her presence on Twitter — it was her primary channel for finding clients and driving traffic to her paid platforms. She did have an Instagram account, but with so much of her energy going into content production and doing sessions, it had never been properly developed. It sat largely dormant while Twitter carried the full weight of her online presence.
When her Twitter account was suddenly suspended, she lost everything overnight: years of followers, engagement history, and inbound traffic — gone, with no guarantee of recovery. Her business needed a new foundation, and it needed one fast.
Our Approach
Rather than waiting on an appeal with no clear timeline, we moved immediately. The goal wasn't just to replace Twitter — it was to build a presence that couldn't be dismantled by a single platform decision again.
We activated all three of her existing channels: A new Twitter account, Instagram, and Bluesky. For both Twitter and Instagram, we applied a structured growth strategy — consistent posting, platform-native engagement, and captions crafted to reflect her brand.
Bluesky gave her a foothold on a growing platform that operates outside the content restrictions of mainstream networks, adding another layer of resilience to her presence.
But distribution alone wasn't enough. We also built her a dedicated Telegram channel — a direct line to her most devoted audience, completely independent of any social platform's algorithm or moderation policy. Through Telegram, her followers now receive regular announcements, behind-the-scenes content, and clip teasers the moment they drop. It tightened her funnel and gave her audience a reason to stay engaged between purchases.
The Result
Within a month, her business had come back to life — recovering from what had initially felt like the end of her career.
What began as a total loss of her primary platform became the catalyst for building something far stronger. Three active social channels, a direct-to-audience Telegram presence, and a funnel that no single suspension can collapse.
The reality of this industry is that we can't control what platforms will do next. Policy changes, mass suspensions, and algorithm shifts are always a risk. What we can control is how a business is built — and whether it's resilient enough to survive when they happen.
Her business now is.
